Before you call
A few things people usually ask when they first reach out.
How much does lawn care cost?
Weekly lawn care runs between $35 and $65 per week depending on your property size. Most of my clients are around $40/week. I always come look at your yard before quoting - no guessing over the phone.
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. I've never used contracts for lawn maintenance in 21 years. You stay because you're happy with the work, not because of a piece of paper. For larger projects, I'll put together a written quote so we're both clear on the scope and price.
How do I pay?
I bill once a month at the end of the month. Most clients pay by check or Zelle. Some prefer to pay cash - that works too. No upfront payment required for weekly lawn care.
What day will you come to my property?
I organize my schedule by neighborhood, so your day depends on where you're located. Once we agree on a schedule, it's the same day every week. I'll let you know your day when I come out for the estimate.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
If weather pushes things back, I'll let you know. I don't just skip your property and hope you don't notice - I communicate. That's one of the biggest things that sets me apart.
Are you insured?
Yes. I carry general liability insurance to protect your property and mine. If you need documentation, just ask.
